So, I watch a lot of TV (way too much, LOL), here are some brief thoughts on bunches of them. I also decided to list my current favorite shows (which I'm judging on how quickly I get to them when they air as opposed to letting them languish on my DVR or computer).

TV! )

I still have not managed to watch Ringer, but I did watch Survivor. Some good eye candy beyond Ozzy, some characters I like, some I don't.

Spoilers )

Real life: Kitty is back from vet. He peed! Yay. Hopefully, I wake up to more pee in his litterbox cuz that means he's fine. Alas, he smells something awful (having peed on himself through the catheter at the vet). They gave him a couple of baths, I gave him a bath tonight. I fear the poor thing may be in for another bath tomorrow.

Scratch that. He's not peeing. I have to bring him back to the vet. :(

Tomorrow? What's that? Oh, right, Thursday. Of course, it's not just any Thursday. It's the third season premiere of The Vampire Diaries!!!!!!!!!!!!!

BE STILL MY HEART, YOU ARE BEATING WITH SO MUCH JOY IN ANTICIPATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sent home. Sick. Hate this. Watching Survivor reunion because I know if I sleep all day I won't sleep tonight.

I noticed when Jeff was talking to the federal agent that Adam Scott was sitting behind her. And two seats away from him was Alison Sweeney. I just thought that was mildly amusing. Seeing celebrities in the audience. Hee.

American Idol - Casey and Lauren continue to be the only ones I have absolutely any interest in. In fact, they are the only two that I listened to all the way through.

Survivor - I love Boston Rob. That is all. :)

Enjoying this season so far in general (as I, well, generally do) and specifically because of my beloved Boston Rob. :)

A quick thought on tonight's episode. )

These aren't all the shows I'm watching, just the ones I started thinking of while writing the post. Some are more than a few paragraphs (hello, TBBT) while others are a line or two (TAR, I still love you, though!) So read on ...

Community )

The Big Bang Theory )

Fringe )

Just Desserts )

Survivor )

The Amazing Race )

Dancing with the Stars )

The Good Wife )

Castle )

I haven't watched all of the new shows I was planning on checking out, but here are my thoughts on a few ...

The Event )

Raising Hope )

Better than You (spoiler for the last episode) )

Just Desserts )

And that's it of the new stuff. Of past shows, I'm still loving The Vampire Diaries, The Big Bang Theory, Fringe, The Good Wife, Chuck. Survivor is AWESOME this season and we're only three episodes in! How I Met Your Mother is better already in the first two episodes than it was most of last season, and if Community isn't as wonderful as the first half of season one for me, it's still pretty hilarious, and I'm loving Alison Brie, Danny Pudi and Donald Glover so much -- Annie, Abed and Troy are definitely my three favorite characters. 30 Rock, Cougar Town and The Office are still great, goofy fun to watch, and I'm enjoying Dancing with the Stars (loving Kyle Massey (I loved That's So Raven once upon a time), Jennifer Grey ("Nobody puts Baby in a corner.") and Margaret Cho, Florence Hendrson and Kurt Warner.

My favorite left on Survivor is Sierra. A few days ago I read some press and information on her from people who knew her that was less than flattering. And then I felt slightly guilty because, damnit!, I still liked her, but I realized something. Even though, technically, these are real people just being themselves in these reality shows, really they are molded by the editors to tell a story, create characters to love, hate and in-between. So perhaps the real Sierra isn't all that likable, but for me, the 'character' Sierra as edited by Survivor is. It was the same case for Sugar last year, as well as countless other reality tv contestants throughout the years.

Moral of the story: The real person may not be someone that I would admire or even like in real life, but as they are edited, like with any admitted scripted show, I fall for the characters I like. It's as simple as that. Reality be damned.

The Survivor reunion show isn't done yet, but I gotta go to bed soon, so just a quick few things about the results behind the cut. )

I might have more to add when I watch the rest.

Another great episode of Survivor; this has turned out to be a fabulous season. I think that because I pretty much have loved Sugar and Bob from episode one, I've enjoyed it all, even the early part that some found boring.

Anyhoo, thoughts on tonight's episode ...behind the cut )

Seriously, I am LOVING this season so, so, sooooooooooooo much. Yes, I loved the Aitu Four (and Ozzy, always Ozzy), but it was about watching them beat the annoying bigger tribe. I'm just all out loving just about every moment of this season. It is awesome.

Why? )

If this posts twice, sorry. My Firefox is being funky.

Phew! So the week of stressful hell has passed! Thank goodness. I've been catching up on TV and rest the last day, thus my lack of presence. Behind the cut, some real life stuffies, some tv thoughts, and a new Billie wallpaper I just made.

First, real life ... )

Now, tv thoughts ... I haven't watched everything I'm still behind on -- plenty more to go -- but I've made a dent. Woohoo. So quick thoughts on what I've watched:

Gossip Girl )

Dancing with the Stars )

Eli Stone )

Dirty Sexy Money )

Survivor )

Ugly Betty )

30 Rock )

The Office )

Life on Mars )

I also watched Billie Piper's 30 Things To Do Before You're 30. Quick thoughts behind the cut ... )

And now, Billie wallpaper!! )

Lastly, I was planning on doing the rewatch-review of "The Doctor Dances" this weekend, but with so much to catch up on, I just won't be able to give it my full attention, so next week. Next week. (Then no more Moffat!! Woohoo!)

Thursday night (US) television viewing -- well, at least what I watched. (I'm sorry The Office and Life on Mars, tomorrow I eagerly await the opportunity to watch you.)

In the meantime, 'Survivor' ... )

And 'Ugly Betty' ... )

Ugly Betty )

Survivor )

Finally, Secret Diary of a Call Girl ... Oh. My. God! I love this so much. It's so very, very good. U.S. of A.? THIS is how you do great subtle, somewhat cheeky, real without inane, dramatic without being fake television.ajhilejw;sie!!! )
